Netflix docu-series review: You Are What You Eat

The Netflix series has a convincing plot: A set of twins from different demographics are put on different diets - vegan & omnivore - for 8 weeks & changes are monitored. But the show was frustratingly over-literal, lacking nuance & unbiased science. However, it brings attention to two issues that are relevant to everyone, whether they eat steak or salad.
