Netflix plans all-cash offer to buy Warner Bros for $83 bn: Report

Netflix is preparing to make an all-cash offer to seal its takeover bid for Warner Bros Discovery's studios ‌and streaming businesses, Reuters reported. Initially, Netflix's $82.7-billion deal consisted of cash and stock. The move is part of efforts to expedite a sale that has faced challenges from rival Paramount Skydance. Warner Bros has favoured Netflix over Paramount's $108.4-billion bid.
