Netflix renews lease for Mumbai office, to pay ₹284 crore: Report

Netflix has renewed the lease agreement for its 1.37-lakh-square-foot office space in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex, as per documents accessed by FloorTap. The monthly rent will be reportedly ₹4.28 crore, with a clause to increase the rent by 5% annually. The streaming major will pay more than ₹284 crore over the span of the five-year deal.
