Never discussed theatre closure in meetings: Dil Raju on rumours

Producer and chairman of Telangana Film Development Corporation Dil Raju dismissed rumours about shutdown of theatres in Telugu states. "They've never discussed theatre closures in official meeting. It was just matter of ironing out some exhibitor benefits," he said. This came after exhibitors reportedly threatened to close single-screen theatres in protest of current revenue sharing models.
