New 91-ft tall Shivaji Maharaj statue unveiled in Maharashtra

Almost nine months after the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj collapsed at the Rajkot Fort in Maharashtra, the state has a new 91-feet-tall statue of the Maratha king. The statue has been erected at the same site where the previous 35-foot statue had collapsed last year. The statue is 91 feet high and is placed on a 10 feet pedestal.
