New Delhi Municipal Council ranks 1 in govt's Municipal Performance Index

The New Delhi Municipal Council has been ranked number one in the Centre's Municipal Performance Index (MPI) in the ''less than a million population'' category. Indore secured the top position in the "above 1 million population" category. South Delhi, East Delhi and North Delhi municipal corporations were ranked 28th, 42nd and 48th respectively in this category.
