New Era secures full ownership of West Texas data centre

New Era Energy and Digital agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Texas Critical Data Centres for $70 million, gaining full ownership of its West Texas hyperscale site. The deal includes cash, stock, and debt and follows a separate purchase of 203 adjacent acres. This will be expanding the campus to 438 acres and strengthening New Era digital infrastructure footprint.
