New Hyundai Elantra launched in India at ₹12.99 lakh

South Korean automaker Hyundai on Tuesday launched the next generation of its Elantra sedan in India at a starting price of ₹12.99 lakh for petrol and ₹14.79 lakh for the diesel variant (ex-showroom, Delhi). The petrol variant (2.0-litre engine) has a fuel efficiency of 14.6 km per litre, while the diesel variant delivers 22.5 km per litre with a 1.6-litre engine.
