New ICU ward opened at SMS hospital for Jaipur accident victims

A new ICU ward has been opened at Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Medical College to treat victims of the Jaipur fire accident, the hospital's Principal, Dr Deepak Maheshwari, said. "As of now...35 people have been admitted to the burn ward...The burns are extremely serious," he added. A truck had collided with vehicles near a petrol pump on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway.
