'New India' defined by people who dare to dream: Irani

Union Textiles and Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani on Saturday said that 'New India' is defined by people who dare to dream and who strive only on the basis of their merit. "In 'New India', people will have more respect for those who reach at the top through their hard work," Irani added.
