New Indian bill may force Google to change how it operates: Report

The Centre's proposed Digital Competition Bill could force Google to change how it operates across six of its nine digital services being considered, Moneycontrol reported. The bill may enforce restrictions on Google's arrangements involving pre-installed apps like Chrome, mandatory use of Google Play and preferential treatment of its own services. Google may push to try to change the legislation.
