New restrictions announced in Maharashtra; 50% capacity in cinema halls, restaurants

The Maharashtra government has issued new guidelines to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the state. All cinema halls, restaurants and hotels will operate at 50% capacity, while no social/cultural/political/religious gatherings will be allowed until March 31. Not more than 50 people will be allowed to attend weddings. All offices except related to essential services shall work with 50% attendance.
