New tactics redefining warfare, troops not enough: Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said new technology has redefined warfare as troops and tanks alone are not enough. "Earlier...big powers had a decisive edge on battlefield. But now even small powers can cause heavy losses with small but dangerous weapons and new tactics," he added. Rajnath Singh further said armed forces should be "mentally ready for any form of warfare".
