New UK PM opens office in Manchester, expands beyond 10 Downing Street

While 10 Downing Street is the official residence and office of the UK PM, newly appointed PM Andy Burnham has opened another office in Manchester. Located 260 km away, “No. 10 North” will serve as a regional PM's office, where Burnham plans to work one day a week. Meanwhile, Burnham's critics have called the decision a “gimmick.”
