New variety of lotus 'Namoh 108' with 108 petals unveiled

A new variety of lotus flower named 'Namoh 108' that has 108 petals has been unveiled by the Minister of State for Science and Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh. "It is a grand gift to the relentless zeal and innate beauty of Shri Narendra Modi," Singh said. The flower was developed by the CSIR-National Botanical Research Institute in Lucknow.
