New warrant issued against Mehul Choksi in PNB fraud case

A special court has issued another non-bailable warrant against diamond trader Mehul Choksi and others in the alleged Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case. It observed that there is prima facie material to show Choksi caused offences, including the destruction of evidence. The court took cognizance of the supplementary chargesheet filed earlier this month.
