New York man wins $10 million lottery for the 2nd time in 3 years

A New York man has won a $10 million lottery prize for the second time in three years. Juan Hernandez had won the same amount in 2019, lottery officials said. "I'm still trying to spend the $10 million I won in [2019]," Hernandez said, adding that he'll be donating the money from his second lottery win to people in need.
