New York prosecutor drops groping charges against ex-Governor Cuomo

A New York prosecutor said he's dropping a criminal charge accusing former Governor Andrew Cuomo of groping an aide. Albany County District Attorney David Soares said the complainant was "credible" but there is not enough evidence to bring the case to court. Cuomo had resigned in August after a state investigation concluded he had sexually harassed 11 women.
