New York's iconic Chrysler Building, once the world's tallest building, is reportedly being sold for $150 million to Austria's largest privately-owned real estate company Signa Holding GmbH and property firm RFR Holding. The amount is almost a fraction of the price the building was purchased for. It has been featured in films including 'Men in Black 3' and 'Spider-Man'.
