A newborn was found abandoned in a bathroom outside Ward 40 at Rajawadi Hospital in Mumbai's Ghatkopar, prompting an immediate response from hospital staff and police. The infant was shifted to the NICU and is currently stable. Tilak Nagar Police have registered a case and are using CCTV footage to trace the unidentified mother.
