Replacing Times of India, mobile news app News in Shorts became the Rank 1 news app on Apple’s “App Store” on Wednesday. Times of India and NewsHunt are at Rank 2 and 3 respectively. The company, which recently closed a funding of $20 million, plans to launch a revamped app with a much better user experience in the coming weeks.
