Next 9/11 may be taking shape where we're not looking: UK spy agency chief

Head of UK's domestic spy agency MI5, Ken McCallum, cautioned intelligence services against dwelling too much on past threats and said a new strategic shock along the lines of the 9/11 attacks "may already be taking shape somewhere we are not yet looking". The deadly 2001 terror attacks carried out by Al-Qaeda had claimed the lives of 2,977 people.
