NextEra renews Google Cloud deal to build US data centers

NextEra Energy renewed its partnership with Google Cloud to build multi-gigawatt data centers and upgrade US energy infrastructure. The collaboration will support AI development, accelerate go-to-market innovation, and modernise energy systems. CEO John Ketchum said the partnership reflects the growing convergence of energy and technology as both companies scale data centre and infrastructure.
