Nexus Select Trust to acquire shopping mall in Kolkata for ₹347.5 crore

Blackstone Group-backed realty firm Nexus Select Trust has acquired Diamond Plaza shopping mall in Kolkata for ₹347.5 crore to expand its business. The fully-leased property has about 2,44,000 sq ft gross leasable area and has been operational since 2011. Nexus Select Trust has 19 malls in its portfolio and holds properties in several cities, including Indore, Udaipur and Mysuru.
