NGT bans construction in Delhi-NCR for next 7 days

In view of the increasing pollution, the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Tuesday ordered a ban on any kind of construction in Delhi and NCR for the next seven days. It has also ordered a halt on stone crushing and brick kiln operations for one week in Delhi-NCR and asked neighbouring states to tell what preventive measures they are taking.
