NGT forms panel to look into industrial pollution in 2 Raj districts

The National Green Tribunal has formed a five-member committee headed by former Chief Justice of Jharkhand, Justice Prakash Chandra Tatia, to look into the pollution caused by industrial units in Jodhpur and Barmer districts of Rajasthan. It said the contention of the state government that it lacked staff is a self-confessed failure of governance and Constitutional responsibility of the state.
