NHAI plans to monetise 17 highway projects in FY27

NHAI has finalised a tentative list of 17 National Highway projects covering 1,692.5 km for monetisation under the TOT and InvIT models during FY26-27. The highway assets span nine states, including Maharashtra, Telangana, and Karnataka. The move aims to unlock value from operational assets, attract institutional investment, and support highway modernisation and logistics growth.
