NHC Foods completed acquisition of Hong Kong-based Conquer Enterprises Ltd on March 11, 2026, to expand its global footprint. The company has share capital of USD 1,29,032 and turnover of USD 95.50 million. The deal, not a related-party transaction, supports trading in metals, steel products and agro-commodities, strengthening international operations.
