NIA charges 11 over conspiracy to expand terror group in Bengal

The NIA has filed a chargesheet against 11 people over an alleged conspiracy by an offshoot of Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh to expand the terror group in Bengal and Northeastern states. The chargesheet, filed in a special court in Guwahati, alleges that the accused were involved in promotion of the terrorist group's ideology. The accused reportedly planned religious indoctrination programmes.
