Nicholas Kirton gets bail after pleading not guilty in drugs case

The captain of the Canada cricket team, Nicholas Kirton, has been granted bail after he pleaded not guilty in a drugs case at a court in Bridgetown, Barbados. After landing in the Caribbean nation on Sunday, March 30, Nicholas Kirton was detained by the police at the airport reportedly for possession, trafficking, importation, and intent to supply cannabis.
