Nifty gives 0 returns in dollar terms over past 4.5 years: Report

The Nifty 50 index has delivered zero returns in dollar terms over the past four and a half years, Moneycontrol reported, citing data from DSP. The rupee's sharp fall against the US dollar is one of the key reasons behind the erosion in returns. Foreign investor outflows, geopolitical concerns and soaring oil prices have also weighed on the index.
