Nifty Metal stocks rises as aluminium prices hit four-year high

The Nifty Metal index rose 0.5% on Monday, March 30, following a rise in aluminium prices. Global rates jumped 6% on the London Metal Exchange to hover near four-year highs, reports stated. Shares of NALCO rose 6% to ₹395, while Hindalco and Vedanta gained 5% and 4.5% respectively amid supply disruption fears from West Asia.
