Nike faces criticism over making Team USA's FIFA kits in Thailand

A non-profit group, Alliance for American Manufacturing (AAM), accused Nike of manufacturing Team USA’s FIFA World Cup kits in Thailand despite having access to US manufacturing facilities. “Buying Team USA jersey is personal...It’s pride, it's identity,” AAM argued. Nike responded that it's “proud of its US roots” and said the kits were designed in Oregon before being produced in Thailand.
