Nikhil Kamath, others buy stake in RDC Concrete for ₹166 crore

Building material supplier Infra.Market has sold a minority stake in its subsidiary RDC Concrete to Nikhil Kamath, Verity Knowledge Solutions CEO Sumeet Kanwar and others for $20 million (around ₹166 crore). Infra.Market also sold a 10% stake in RDC Concrete, a producer of ready-mix concrete, last year. RDC Concrete was acquired by Infra.Market for $90 million in 2021.
