Nikhil & Nithin Kamath to invest ₹100 crore in Nazara Tech; stock rises

Nazara Technologies' board approved to issue shares worth ₹100 crore to Zerodha's founders Nikhil and Nithin Kamath, the gaming company said on September 4. The latest investment takes Nikhil's stake in the company to about 3.5% from 1%, with Nikhil stating that he plans to raise his stake further in the future. The company's stock rose by 11.38% to ₹846.
