Last-minute question generation can end paper leaks: Nilekani

Infosys chairman Nandan Nilekani, heading the exam reforms task force, said generating question papers at the last minute from a massive question bank removes the economic incentive for leaks. He also urged expanding computer-based testing centres beyond the current 1,50,000 locations across India to address systemic exam irregularities.
