Nintendo to shut down Mario Kart Tour after 7 years this September

Nintendo announced that its mobile racing game Mario Kart Tour will be fully shut down on September 30 (IST). Launched in September 2019, it is one of Nintendo's few remaining mobile games still in operation. Nintendo ended content updates for the game in 2023. The company has no plans to release a standalone offline edition of the game.
