Nirav's brother offers to help ED, asks them to meet him in Belgium

Nirav Modi's brother Neeshal Modi has offered to help Enforcement Directorate in its investigation of PNB fraud case. In a letter to the agency, he asked them to meet him in Antwerp, Belgium, so he could "clarify any doubts" they may have.
