Nirbhaya convict files fresh mercy plea, says previous one didn't have all facts

Akshay Thakur, one of the convicts in Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case, has moved a fresh mercy plea to President. Akshay has claimed that the petition he had earlier filed did not have all the facts. This comes three days ahead of the scheduled execution of the four convicts. On Friday, another convict Pawan Gupta had filed a curative plea.
