Nirmohi Akhara moves SC, seeks Ram temple trust's reconstitution as public body

Nirmohi Akhara has moved the Supreme Court seeking reconstitution of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Theerth Kshetra Trust as a public trust. It alleged the current set-up lacks accountability and is inconsistent with the court's 2019 Ayodhya verdict. It also sought an independent panel to examine the Trust's compliance with the verdict.
