Japanese automakers Nissan and Honda have terminated talks of a merger that would've created a company worth $60 billion. The talks reportedly ended due to multiple factors, including Honda's proposal to make Nissan a subsidiary instead of establishing a joint holding company. The firms, however, said they "will collaborate within the framework of a strategic partnership" going forward.
