Nitish Kumar govt in grip of retired babus: Prashant Kishor

Political strategist-turned-activist Prashant Kishor criticised Bihar CM Nitish Kumar alleging that his government was being "run by four retired bureaucrats" and CM was in "grip of these former babus". He said that Bihar Assembly polls would be fought on issue of 'three S' - 'sarab', 'survey' and 'smart meter'. Kishor's 'Jan Suraj' will become a political party on October 2.
