Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was seen inspecting PM Narendra Modi's finger for the indelible ink mark during an event on Wednesday. Their banter was caught on video during the inauguration event of the new campus of Nalanda University in Rajgir, Bihar. Several eminent people including the Head of Missions of 17 countries attended the inauguration ceremony.
