Nitish Kumar throws his arrow while trying to shoot at Raavan

In a video surfaced online, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar can be seen attempting to shoot an arrow at the effigy of Raavan. However, instead of releasing the arrow, he accidentally threw both the bow and the arrow. Nitish was attending the Raavan Dahan programme at Patna's Gandhi Maidan. Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary was also present at the event.
