NLC India Q4 profit jumps 189%, dividend announced

NLC India reported Q4FY26 revenue of ₹5,042 crore, up 31% YoY, while profit attributable to owners surged 189% to ₹1,393 crore. FY26 profit increased 34% to ₹3,522 crore. The board recommended final dividend of ₹0.25 per share, in addition to ₹3.60 interim dividend already paid during FY26.
