NMIA handles Antonov An-124 in first-ever cargo operation

Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) has handled an Antonov An-124 'Ruslan' for the first time. The aircraft arrived from Abu Dhabi carrying around 46 tonnes of cargo. The operation, conducted with AGHPort, demonstrated NMIA's capability to handle Code F wide-body freighters and specialised cargo movements, strengthening its position as an emerging air cargo gateway for Navi Mumbai and India.
