NMPA welcomes first cruise of season, MS Silver Whisper arrives

The New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) welcomed the MS Silver Whisper, the first cruise vessel of the season, at Berth No. 4 on Tuesday. The luxury Bahamian-flagged ship arrived from Mumbai with 299 passengers and 296 crew members onboard. Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan M P presented a commemorative plaque to the ship’s captain, symbolizing the region’s hospitality.
