No 3 minute waiting rule at toll plazas, govt clarifies

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) recently clarified that there is no three-minute waiting rule for waiver of toll at toll plazas on National Highways. News reports recently claimed that people waiting at toll plaza queues for over three minutes won't have to pay the toll. The NHAI clarified that there is no such provision as of now.
