No al-Qaeda, ISIS militants present in Afghanistan: Taliban

There is no evidence of al-Qaeda or Islamic State (ISIS) militants being present in Afghanistan, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said on Tuesday. There would be no attacks on third countries from Afghanistan from militant movements, he added. Notably, Mujahid's statement comes a day after ISIS said that it was responsible for a series of bombings in Jalalabad city.
