No Ambedkar photo in TN courts, only Gandhi & Thiruvalluvar: HC

Madras High Court has said that only Mahatma Gandhi and Saint Thiruvalluvar's statues and portraits will be displayed in all courts and their premises in Tamil Nadu. The High Court made the observation while rejecting requests by various advocate bodies to put up portraits of Dr BR Ambedkar in courts. The court has issued a circular on the same.
